Device Manager Com Port same as in W.T.T Extras but any attempts to Start Diagnosis results in 'selected com port can not be used' message irrespective of selected port.
Device Manager USB Serial Port Properties gives adaptor location as Port#0003.Hub#0003. However, Com Port 3 in Device Manager appears to be being used by another device.

It is likely that the W.T.T. Adaptor is not properly connected to the laptop, or that the USB Serial Port Properties settings are incorrect.
